We consider it extremely important to involve children with special needs or disabilities in the educational process.

One of the modern methods of preserving the health and development of children with special features in physical and (or) mental development are classes in special development and wellness rooms. This is not just a training room, but a specially organized environment filled with various kinds of stimulators that positively affect the child’s mental and emotional state.

The atmosphere in these rooms provides a feeling of safety and security, a positive emotional landscape, reduces anxiety and aggressiveness, and helps reveal the creative potential of the child.

Well-organized classes help relieve muscle and psycho-emotional tension, activate the functions of the central nervous system in the context of an enriched multi-sensory environment.

The equipment in the ‘Help-Me Rooms’has a powerful developmental, preventive and correctional potential. Classes in such rooms ensure the optimization of the psycho-emotional state of children, forming a positive attitude in them, strengthening mental and physical health.

Special children

This is our most extensive program for children with special needs.

Children that undergo this program don’t need just a course of treatment or support, but long-term, daily, hard work of parents, therapists, doctors and psychologists. There are tens of thousands of children with central nervous system disorders and other ailments. And the first need of any child, regardless of the illness, is love, which is expressed in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the environment.

In terms of technical support, the child should be provided with all the necessary devices that facilitate the life of the child: special strollers, tables, chairs, bath lifts, standers, special exercise machines and many other things.

Social and pedagogical support should provide the child with full and, if possible, more independent life, regardless of the disease or special needs. The child must learn, communicate with peers, be able to master a profession in accordance with his/her skills, and gain self-care skills.

We ask you to support our ‘special children’, give them a chance for a rich and full life and give them a little bit of joy.

Hand to Hand

We are confident, that it is necessary to provide help to good initiatives. Our “Hand in Hand” Program supports highly specialized initiatives through cooperation, mutual support, financial assistance, etc.
One of the main targets of our program is the promotion of charity and volunteer work, as well as increasing the level of professional development in that area.
We support and develop charitable, public and socially significant initiatives in Armenia.
Our Fund collects donations for other nonprofit organizations, including charity foundations, and provides them support in their activities.

Help to Elderly 

One of the most important issues public is facing today, is the social and psychological support for elderly, especially those without immediate family presence. Within the framework of our program we implement different projects targeted to support the most vulnerable population – the elderly, living alone in their homes or in nursing homes through provision of food, essential means, medicine as well as through volunteer work and psychological consultancy.

Our Veterans  

“I prefer the most unjust peace to the most righteous war” – these words by Cicero are still relevant in our days.
Today we live in peace because of our military, which is paying a high price for it. Those heroes keep us safe by risking their lives, damaging their health and loosing those valuable years to achieve something else in their lives. “Our veterans” Program provides support to the veterans of Artsakh war, to ensure that they return to normal life in civil society, receive quality medical care and psychological support if needed, and everything else that is vital for their physical and psychological adaptation.

UNLIMITED OPPORTUNITIES

People with disabilities requires special attention, support and care. Our Program is targeted to people with different disabilities, to help them to live a full life and to be integrated into the society. The reserves of a human body and will are astonishing, the perseverance and the belief in one’s own strengths can make miracles, and our support will ensure that every person in need will be able to get back to a full normal life and be happy.

AKUNQ 

Within the framework of “AKUNQ” Program we support those in need who were not included in our other programs. This program also covers one-off projects and charity events providing support to social, financial, cultural and educational initiatives. It provides a quick support to people or organizations that applied for our help.
When donating to “AKUNQ” program, our donors contribute to the budget of the collective fund, which is then distributed to the projects and initiatives in need. Each project is carefully chosen and approved by the board of trustees.
We work hard to address each issue to the best of our capacity, and we are grateful and honored to be working with the most amazing people and are humbled by the trust put in us.
